My Peepers Love This: High Potency Eye Lift

There are two things about my body that I really, really don't like. Everything below my waist (if I could walk behind a counter for the rest of my life, I'd be one happy camper), and my eyes that are in serious need of plastic surgery. I've always struggled with hooded eyelids, but after several anniversaries of my 21st birthday, I've learned to live with those. I just drool at the gals who can wear dramatic colors while I stick with my neutrals, using only my eye liner for a splash of color. It wasn't until I was taking some pictures of my eyes for the website that I realized the mirror doubles the distance, and my face resembles the lines on an elephant's skin. My new skin care passion became every anti-aging product I could find, and every eye cream I could get my hot little hands on.

Enter Perricone Cosmeceuticals. I've been wearing their High Potency Eye Lift morning and evening religiously since I received it nearly a month ago, and really noticed a difference in the appearance of my fine lines right off the bat. Although they have eye preparations to help correct the first signs of aging, their High Potency Eye Lift is geared for those of us who's "first signs of aging" is way the heck back there in the rearview mirror. And it truly does what it claims. This Perricone Cream uses DMAE and phosolipids to help firm up your skin, reduce fine lines, and hydrate the fragile, sensitive skin surrounding your eyes. To quote directly from the Perricone MD website:

High Potency Eye Lift actually lifts skin for a visibly transformed appearance while minimizing deep lines, wrinkles and bags under eyes with Dr. Perricone's patented anti-aging ingredients: DMAE and Phospholipids. Also formulated with Pycnogenol to address loss of elasticity and help brighten skin's appearance.
Paraben-free.

In addition to it's efficacy (as if that wasn't enough), I find that this eye treatment is especially great as part of my morning routine since it's quickly absorbed into my skin. I'm not waiting forever after applying before I can finish getting dressed.

But wait, there's more! Perricone has been kind enough to sponsor a giveaway of their High Potency Eye Lift for one lucky reader (that's a $95 value). Don't take my word for it; enter to win a bottle of this miracle cream for yourself and tell us what your opinion is. Here's the skinny on the details:

  • Post a comment below about what you've tried previously & why you'd like to try Perricone MD's High Potency Eye Lift (make sure that you are either logged in, or that I have your email);
  • Get a second entry by commenting on our Facebook page;

  2. Woo hoo!! Pick me, pick me, pick me! (In my best Donkey from Shrek impersonation, tee hee!)

    I'm glad the eye serum worked for you. And for the record, I think you look marvelous. :)

    My current favorite eye creams are YBF Skincare's Correct, Boots No 7 Restore & Renew, and Sea Pure's Perfecting Eye Cream. But I'd love to try Perricone's serum since I've never tried any of their products.

    Thanks for the giveaway Robyn!

  3. I've tried other brands previously like Neutrogena & L'Oreal but didn't see any results. I'd like to try Perricone MD's High Potency Eye Lift because I have heard so much positive feedback about their products and my skin is losing it's firmness and smoothness (especially around my eyes!). Thanks for the chance!

  6. I tend to mostly try sample creams that are handed out in stores for around my eyes. I can't seem to commit to just one . Expensive. I haven't found one I like though and My eyes could really use the help!

  9. I have been using Laura Mercier Flawless eye serum, but I do use other Perricone products--the DMAE is such a plus. I would love to try this.

  10. Hi, Robyn! This is my first visit to your site. Thanks to Bionic Beauty, I discovered your line (I still need to try your products, though. :-) Hopefully, soon!). I've never tried Perricone products, but I've seen them sold on tv and in magazine features and ads. I'd like to win that serum because, well, I *am* 41 now, and you know how stuff changes by this age! LOL While my face is actually pretty good, my eyes could use a "pick-me-up", a lift from Perricone. It would be cool beans to win. Thanks, either way! :-) Btw, since this is my first time to your site and posting, would you please direct me as to how I may log in or get you my e-mail address? Sorry, but right now, I'm not seeing it. Could be my vision is on the fritz. ;-) Thank you!! -- Kathleen

  11. I had Stage 4 Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma 5 years ago and I survived after 4 serious years of illness but my skin took a terrible hit from the chemo and radiation. I have always wanted to try ths eye serum. My skin is so dry from treatment that I need something to bring "the life" back to my face.
    Thanks,

  13. Hi Kathleen - welcome to the blog and my website (don't know if you've poked around there yet or not). If you have a gmail account, you can log in when you post using your gmail account - maybe even any Open ID account, but not sure on that one, lol. What you can do is post another comment with your email address as part of the post. I'll get the notification, but I won't publish the post so that I have your email on file.

    Helaine - are you completely cancer-free now? Yuck; what an ordeal. I'm just happy you're around to talk about it!

  15. Hi Anonymous, and welcome to the blog! There's only one little, itsy problem... I have no name, no email, no nada for you. Can you imagine if you win and it's announced: "And the winner is.... ANONYMOUS!"? Can you do me a favor and either email me your name/email to cs(at)purelycosmetics(dot)com, or post another comment with the information? Like Kathleen, I just won't approve the post so it won't be published if you want your privacy protected.

  16. Hi Robyn I found your blog by way of Bionic Beauty. I have tried Olay Lifting Eye Serum, plain old Vitamin E oil and Loreal. I wanted to try Cellex-C and Perricone after hearing great things but they are pricey. I always wanted to try Perricone after reading a couple of his books. Recently I have begun to get back into the dating scene and I am tired of hiding behind my glasses. I am switching to contacts and I would like to fine tune the areas around my eyes. Thanks for the giveaway. Good luck and Happy Valentines Day to everyone!!

  17. Hi Lady Orchid - oh, I so don't envy you for having to go back into the dating scene. The first time around was bad enough, lol. Good luck with those contacts. My daughter has been wearing them since she was about 10 (more for sports than anything else, at that age), but I can't wear them. I've tried and tried and tried - every brand there is, I think. After about an hour, they drive my eyes absolutely crazy!

  18. I am currently using a product from Thalgo (Firming Eye contour gel). I like it and I feels it is doing it's job, but I am almost out of it. Would love to try some Perricone MD High Potency Eye Lift Cream!

  21. I've tried Yonka Phyto Contour and MD Skincare Lift and Tighten. My eyes are a little better while using these but the effects are very subtle. I'm 40 and my eye area is puffy and sagging, so after hearing about this-I would love to be able to try this one!

  23. I am truly intrigued by Perricone High Potency Eye Lift - your glowing review has me REALLY wanting to try it. I currently use La Mer Eye Balm (which I love) which I received in a swag bag. I would love to try Perricone, fall in love with it as you obviously have.

  27. I have tried Olay and Roc eye creams but they really didn't help for the bags under my eyes. That's why I would love to try this to see if it would help, and I hear great things about Perricone products all the time.

  31. What haven't I tried?! lol
    My fave up to this point has to have been the DDF eye cream, def fantastic. With my EXTREMELY early work schedule, kids, and excessive love of eye makeup my eyes take a beating, so they could use a little Perricone love dahling!

  33. I haven't tried any eye creams before but I guess I am reaching that stage where I should be worried about aging skin. Perricone makes some amazing products so I can see this working really well. The fact that it absorbs quick is a major plus too as I have somewhat oily skin and I don't want an oil slick on my face!
